FOUNDER & BIOHACKER
zoe fleischer
Zoe is a Longevity Strategist and Professional Data Scientist with over a decade of coaching experience, helping people navigate complex health challenges and make more informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Her professional background includes:
- Professional Data Scientist: Building data structures, analytical algorithms and finding the meaning behind data
- Certified Hypnotherapist : bringing expertise in behavioral patterns, mindset, and the psychological dimensions of personal change.
- 10+ Years of Coaching Experience : supporting clients in physical and psychological optimization.
- 6+ Years of Biohacking Experience : exploring data-informed biohacking approaches to autoimmune and chronic illnesses
- A Network of Professional Consultants: collaborating with a multidisciplinary support team to bring complementary expertise and perspectives to complex questions.
Her fundamental principle is better decisions start with better information. Her guiding principle is simple: better decisions start with better information. By uncovering and contextualizing the latest cutting-edge research, she helps people cut through the noise, identify meaningful patterns, and develop a structured, data-driven approach to understanding and optimizing their biology.
At Metanoia Health, her mission is to make hidden information visible and make complex information actionable: empowering people to take a more informed, proactive role in their health.
Our Story
TO MAKE COMPLEX HEALTH INFORMATION CLEAR, RELEVANT AND PRACTICAL.
Metanoia didn’t start as a business – It started as a notebook entry. Zoe was documenting her own biohacking experiments- what she tried, what changed, what worked, what didn’t, and what she learned along the way. She began sharing those experiences in online communities, when something unexpected happened.
People started asking questions. Then more questions. They wanted to understand what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how they could apply it to themselves. What started as sharing knowledge gradually turned into coaching, and the more people she worked with, the clearer something became: The problem wasn’t a lack of information. It was the inability to make sense of it.
There was an overwhelming amount of fragmented knowledge, conflicting opinions and studies. The real challenge was knowing what mattered, what connected, what to prioritize, and what to do next.
That’s where her professional background in Data Science entered the picture. Instead of treating biohacking as a collection of isolated tips and protocols, she began approaching it as an information problem: collect the data, connect the dots, identify patterns, structure the knowledge, and make it usable.
The result was the beginning of a large, interconnected database- originally imagined as a tool for serious biohackers. But then came another realization:
Why should this knowledge be reserved for biohackers?
Why should you need years of research, hundreds of hours of reading, or a personal coach just to understand your own body? So the vision expanded: What began as personal experimentation became community knowledge. Community knowledge became coaching. Coaching became data. Data became a system.
And eventually, something almost ironic happened: Zoe almost automated herself out of the process. The knowledge, frameworks, connections, and decision-making logic that had previously required her personal involvement could be structured into an intelligence platform.
That platform became Metanoia – not another place to find more information, but a way to finally make sense of it.
